Invitation for Interviews: Recruitment Process for Probationer Police Constables at Uganda Police Force

The Uganda Police Force extends an invitation for interviews to all successful applicants who have been shortlisted for the position of Probationer Police Constable (PPC). This invitation follows the reference WT VIDE REF: HRM/138/160/01/vol.3/17 dated 7/02/2023.

Scheduled to commence on 8th April 2024, the interviews aim to assess the suitability of the shortlisted candidates for the PPC role. The interview process will encompass various assessments, including a fitness test, aptitude test, oral test, and medical examination, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of each applicant’s capabilities.

All shortlisted candidates are requested to bring the following documents to the interview:

  1. Original national identity card
  2. Original academic documents

The interviews will take place at designated recruitment centers, with each candidate assigned a specific date for their assessment. It is imperative that all shortlisted applicants report to their respective recruitment centers promptly by 0800 hours.

The recruitment process at the Uganda Police Force emphasizes transparency and meritocracy, aiming to select individuals who demonstrate the necessary skills, qualifications, and commitment to serve the community effectively.
