Idi Amin’s Health Minister Henry Kyemba Dies at 84

Former minister Henry Kyemba, aged 84, has died due to complications related to diabetes, as reported by a family member. Mr. Christopher Katagwa, a nephew of Mr. Kyemba, confirmed that he passed away in Namugongo, a suburb of Kampala City, where he had been residing under the care of his eldest daughter, Ms. Susan Kyemba.

Mr. Katagwa shared that Mr. Kyemba had struggled with diabetes throughout his lifetime, making it his primary health concern. In recent times, his health had significantly deteriorated, leading to his reduced public appearances.
