Obongi
Obongi district political leaders have thanked President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for retaining Mr Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka as Resident District Commissioner (RDC)Obongi.
This was during a mobilisation meeting of political leaders,technical staff,cultural leaders,religious leaders and security committee organised by the RDCs secretariat/Anti corruption unit at the CAOs boardroom in Obongi district on Wednesday 6th,August,2025.
Politicians led by the Local Council lll (LC3 Chairperson Ewafa) Sub-county who also doubles as the chairperson of all LC3 Chairpersons in Obongi district , Mr. Alexander Atiku alias AK47 and the Chairperson of Palorinya Sub-county Mr Luke Erwaga thanked President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for retaining RDC Obongi Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka because he has developed the district by fighting corruption and promoting transparency leading to improved service delivery.
A local leader of Obongi town council, in Obongi district who preferred his name to be witheld by this publication, requested the office of the president to retain Hasaka Samuel as an RDC of Obongi for another five years because he is a good corruption fighter and a committed implementor of government programs.
