Recently, MP Maneno Zumura distributed over 3,000 iron sheets for a decent housing project in Obongi district. This initiative followed her observation that residents were struggling due to the constant need to re-roof their houses. Under the decent housing project, Hon. Maneno Zumura mobilizes residents to contribute funds, which she then supplements by contributing over 50% of the total, enabling them to replace their grass-thatched roofs with iron sheets.
