KAMPALA | August 3, 2025 — It was more than just a day on the green—it was a celebration of leadership, precision, and corporate synergy as Equity Bank Uganda and MTN Uganda came together for the Equity–MTN Golf Tournament, hosted at the prestigious Uganda Golf Club.
Held on August 2nd, 2025, the tournament attracted top executives, golf enthusiasts, and corporate leaders who gathered not just to compete, but to connect and collaborate. The event served as a reminder that golf, like business, thrives on patience, teamwork, and thoughtful strategy.
“We love golf because it’s more than a game,” said Gift Shoko, Managing Director of Equity Bank Uganda. “It reflects the principles we value most—discipline, foresight, and meaningful connection.”
Equity Bank took pride in sponsoring the home leg of the tournament, while also committing to support the return leg, continuing a tradition of camaraderie and cross-sector partnership.
