In a spirited gathering today, the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) supporters, under the leadership of the Boda Boda initiative, came together to reinforce their relationships and shared vision. The event, which witnessed an enthusiastic turnout, also saw the participation of counterparts from the Tooro sub-region, symbolizing unity and collaboration across different regions.
The highlight of the event was the presence of Hon. Henry Basaliza, a staunch supporter of the PLU initiatives. Various speakers at the event expressed their gratitude towards Hon. Basaliza, acknowledging his unwavering support and contributions to the Boda Boda initiative. In a gesture that further cemented his commitment, Hon. Basaliza donated 3 million shillings to the initiative’s Savings and Credit Cooperative Organization (Sacco), promising continued support for their endeavors.
In his address, Hon. Basaliza emphasized the importance of unity, togetherness, peace, and hard work. He urged the supporters and leaders to work collectively towards achieving the PLU agenda, which aims to foster development, prosperity, and harmony across Uganda.
