The Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) and Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) have gathered for a three-day meeting in Nyagatare, Rwanda. Their aim is to improve cooperation and fight against crime across the border.
The UPDF sent a group from its 2nd Division to Nyagatare on May 28th. They met with commanders from Rwanda’s 2nd and 5th Divisions.
