We are aware that part of that money was used in the Kakumiro District elections, where the Electoral Commission disqualified one of the candidates, creating room for the current State Minister for Works, Mr Fred Byamukama, to be declared unopposed.
That money was also used in Hoima City against the NRM flag bearers. The same money was used in the Greater Teso, Karamoja, Acholi, and Jinja regions.
It is better to expose them instead of them working in public while pretending to fight corruption, yet their backs are fully written with corruption.
