I have always been in the cattle markets, and I experienced scenario where a suspected thieves is being beaten, later I realised that one thing that a person who slaps the suspected thieve even before getting the evidence whether he stole or no is actually a ring leader of thieves, that slaping is a sign that if you dont run quickly, you will be killed and him the ring leader, he will now remain within the place directing his Authorities against the inocent traders.
This the scenario happening in the ministry of works and transport where Mr Fred Byamukama is the minister.
My brother the minister no body will tell you this, but for me in my culture, a true friend is the one who tells you point black your mistakes, I want to give you my humble advise before your downfall is that your camouflage fight against corruption has not been taken seriously by Ugandans infact they seeing you as a comedia as well as MC who jumps up with a microphone to see whether a crowd would cheer then later they laugh at you upon seeing your trouser toned apart.
My brother Byamukama your style of trying to fight corruption in the ministry of works its like forcing the Monkey to believe that honey is sweater than a banana.however, much you want to parade your self in the media with malicious allegations against junior officials in the ministry of works but what’s writen in your back right from Kakumiro, kampala, you won’t believe and no one is telling you this.
My brother Byamukama, you know what am talking about, you will never settle and make greate impact in that ministry unless you sit down and hamornise with the people you injured.
Remeber the tears of Bright Alinda whom you arrested in June 2025 after conniving with Kakumiro police CID and later the Resident State Attorney who charged Bright Alinda with defilement which was dismissed by court because the State Attorney and police had used forged documents to implicate Alinda. (Here is forgery, false imprisonment and wrong use of office. You did this out of fear that Bright Alinda was going to contest against you for NRM party primaries in Bugangaizi West constituency. Because of being detained Alinda Bright missed the NRM primaries and you were declared unopposed is that not being corrupt.
In december 2025 you dragged the former Speaker of parliament to cause the Electoral Commission to denominate Kisembo James Wakame out of the Parliamentary election for Bugangaizi West Constituency. Kisembo James Wakame appealed to High Court but because the Electoral Commission of Byabakama Simon either was part of the connivance, that made them delaye to release the ruling to Kisembo James, and hence court claimed his appeal was time bad, you were later declared unopposed by the Electoral Commission even before Kisembo James got his ruling from the Electoral Commission, is that not corruption?.
In between December to July 2026, you aware that you diverted MoWT Road equipment for private use in your Rutoma village to do bush-clearing, you used road equipment to work on roads which are not in the MoWT workplans is that not corruption.
In between 2024, 2025, you diverted and constructed a tarmack road to your residence in Kikwaya trading center is that not corruption if the President himself who spent years in the bush fighting for liberation of this country spent years without having tamack in his village how dare you just within a short time you do that is that not corruption?.
Your back is writen black to have allegedly forged documents to acquire land in Nyansimbi village where you claimed to be a serviving relative of a one Kalemba Yowana and yet you never belonged to that family is this not corruption.
How will you convince Ugandans that you a clean man fighting corruption yet you and your brorher have a matter of forgery at Hoima High Court registered as Civil Suit No 108 of 2023..
The family of Kalemba Yowana is crying tears day and night alleging that you forcefuly got shs 65 million from the Kalemba Yowana family which money was for Road construction compensation is that not being corupt if you think am writing lies i will unleash really bombshell.
With all this how will Ugandans take you as a serious man fighting corruption. Infact your integrity with that of IGG needs to be screened.
