STEVEN ARIONG: Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba Will Never Forgive a Corrupt Official

Steven Ariong

I have seen several people running to the media, appealing to President Museveni to tell our Supreme PLU leader, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, to forgive former Speaker of Parliament Anita Among and others accused of corruption. To me, this is just wasting time.

Those who still run to plead with President Museveni over Among’s case didn’t watch the State of the Nation Address, where President Museveni spoke in a tough tone, saying that enough is enough for corrupt officials.

The Mzee from Rwakitura, and the son of Mzee Amos Kaguta, is now in a different mood from the one people previously knew.

With the massive support from PLU members, there is no room to forgive anyone implicated in corruption.

I would like to say that Uganda is going to be the first country in the Great Lakes region to jail its former Speaker for corruption. So far, the VIP rooms, including that of former Speaker of Parliament Anita Among, have already been secured, waiting for her.

Under the determination of our Badman General, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, there are 189 people, including MPs from Teso, Acholi, Karamoja, Busoga, and Buganda, who will be jailed together with Anita Among.

I would like to advise the Badman General, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, that millions of Ugandans are behind you because corruption has really dragged Uganda’s development down for many years.
