The Ukrainian partisan movement “Atesh” has reported a successful act of sabotage in the Luhansk region, severely disrupting Russian military logistics. According to information shared through the movement’s official Telegram channel, agents of “Atesh” destroyed a transformer substation located on the railway near Stanytsia Luhanska.

This railway line was heavily relied upon by Russian occupying forces to transport military equipment, spare parts, and personnel. The destruction of the transformer cabinet caused significant disruption, delaying the supply of vital resources to the frontline. The impact has been felt particularly in the Robotyn and Kamyansky directions, where the occupiers are now facing major logistical chaos.

“Agents of our movement destroyed a transformer substation on the railway near Stanytsia Luhanska,” the “Atesh” statement confirmed. Partisan operations such as this one are increasingly hindering the Russian army’s ability to maintain supply lines, critical for the continuation of their occupation efforts.

The success of this operation adds to the growing difficulties faced by Russian forces in occupied territories. As Ukraine continues to resist, these partisan efforts are proving crucial in weakening the enemy from within.

In a separate development, reports from Crimea indicate that Russian occupiers are preparing raids against pro-Ukrainian activists, further underlining the desperate measures taken by the Kremlin to suppress resistance.

There is no immediate official Russian response to the sabotage. The economic damage, while not officially confirmed, is estimated in millions of hryvnias (millions of UAH).
