The Inzu Ya Masaba cultural leader, His Royal Highness Jude Mike Mudoma, left for an official cultural working visit on Tuesday, November 21. The cultural leader’s itinerary includes visiting some public universities, interacting with learners and administrators, and making presentations. He is also scheduled to meet with government officials in Wells before returning to London, where he will be hosted by the Bamasaaba community.
Among the notable Bamasaaba individuals in London to receive the cultural leader are Professors Mashate Edward, the Chief Executive Officer of Greghta, Counsel Magomu Mashate, and others.
The entourage of the Bugisu cultural leader to London includes the spouse of Umkii and the Inzu Ya Masaba Prime Minister, Ambassador Walimbwa, and his wife. Other members are drawn from the church, NGOs, politicians, and technical experts, including Commissioner Mwambu Paul, Mr. Watulastu Sam, Mr. Apollo Mwenyi, Hon. Wanda, and Mr. Richard Masereje.
The Umkiii will sign a series of culturally related development contracts with the Welsh Government, as well as with universities and other philanthropic communities. By the protocol of the Government of Uganda, the cultural leader and his wife travel first class.
