NAIROBI, KENYA – Equity Group is set to host a high-profile Investors’ Roadshow to Tanzania and Uganda from Sunday, 18th May to 24th May, 2025, extending an exclusive invitation to senior business leaders from across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
The initiative aims to foster partnerships, collaborations, and explore burgeoning investment opportunities within the East African region.
The trade mission promises a unique platform for direct engagement between international investors and key stakeholders in both Tanzanian and Ugandan governments and businesses. Participants can anticipate high-level meetings designed to unlock potential synergies, as well as immersive field visits offering firsthand experience of the diverse opportunities on the ground.
The agenda also includes dedicated business-to-business and business-to-government sessions, facilitating the establishment of new buyer-supplier relationships.
This upcoming roadshow builds upon Equity Group’s established track record of facilitating impactful trade and investment missions across East and Central Africa. Since December 2021, the Group has successfully connected over 1,000 companies and investors with regional opportunities.
A notable previous mission, organized in partnership with the governments of Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), saw over 300 Kenyan businesses engage with more than 2,000 counterparts in major DRC cities, highlighting the vast potential within the region.
