RDC Obongi Samuel Mpimbaza Hasaka Opens war on defilers ,One Arrested.

Resident District Commissioner ( RDC) Obongi, Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka ,mounted an operation against a defiler who defiled this young girl who is now about 4 months pregnant.
This is after monitoring of Dello Prinary school by the RDC Obongi, Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka and the Chairpersons SMC and PTA where the pupils informed the RDC that the P5 girl dropped out of school after she was impregnated and married to a home near Dello P/S in Liwa Parish i,Gimara Sub-county Obongi district.
The defiler has on Monday evening been arrested and handed over to Obongi CPS for legal redress and proceedings.
Hasaka warned all defilers that the rule of law shall catch up with them.
Obongi district has been registering a number of fldefilement cases I. recent months.
