Hellen Seku, the esteemed Commissioner for the National Secretariat for Patriotism Corps, delivered a powerful lecture to 230 participants of the Joint Junior Officer Political Education and Leadership Course at Oliver Tambo School, Kaweweta. Her address focused on the pivotal role of patriotism in strengthening national security and promoting sustainable development.
