Education:

• Minimum: O-Level Certificate or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

Required Driving Permit Classes:

• DH, G, and CM

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Bus Driver at Yokuku Uganda, you will be responsible for:

1. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of the technical condition of company vehicles to ensure their continuous and safe operation.
2. Safe Driving: Operate vehicles with utmost care and prioritize the safety of passengers, company goods, and other road users.
3. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies while on duty and take appropriate actions as required.
4. Maintenance Reporting: Report all vehicle service requirements promptly and recommend a schedule for maintenance or repair when necessary.
5. Vehicle Cleanliness: Ensure that the assigned vehicle is kept clean and presentable at all times.
6. Supervision: Oversee the repair and maintenance of company vehicles in the garage, ensuring timely verification by the supervisor.
7. Accident Management: Follow up on accident cases with the police and provide all necessary documents for processing insurance claims.
8. Compliance: Adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to driving and vehicle operation.
