A man was found dead inside his vehicle on Friday afternoon after becoming unresponsive while caught in a traffic jam in Kampala.
The incident occurred near La Grand Hotel, where the driver, who was reportedly alone in a Toyota Mark X ( UBE 261F), failed to respond as traffic built up around him.
Eyewitnesses said fellow motorists grew concerned after noticing the vehicle remained stationary for an unusual period.
Attempts by members of the public to offer assistance were unsuccessful, as the car doors were locked, limiting immediate access to the occupant.
The cause of death had not been officially established by the time of reporting. Authorities are expected to conduct further investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
