Equity Bank Uganda held the Equity Excellence Awards 2025, an event dedicated to celebrating dedication, creativity, and teamwork across the institution.
The colourful ceremony brought together staff from different branches to honour outstanding individuals and teams who went above and beyond in 2025.
Speaking at the event, Managing Director Gift Shoko reminded the team that great customer service goes beyond transactions.

He emphasized that every interaction with a client should create a meaningful and lasting connection.
The highlight of the evening was when Gift Shoko himself received the Internal CX Hero Award, in recognition of his servant leadership and positive influence on the bank’s culture.

The evening ended with cheers and celebration as winners were applauded for their excellence and commitment to making Equity Bank shine.
