I have read a number of people celebrating the changes made by our Supreme Leader of PLU, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, where he changed Hon. David Kabanda, replacing him with Hon. Fadhil Twalla. In these changes, many think Hon. David Kabanda has been dropped; that is a pure lie. In any organization, there are supposed to be changes, so what has happened in PLU is just normal changes like any other organization.
Hon. Kabanda steered the organization for three years, and the General has seen that another person can again take it up, building on what Hon. Kabanda has done.
As a PLU supporter, I would like to thank Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the badman General, for the changes he has made aimed at scaling up grassroots mobilization, and we welcome Hon. Fadhil Twalla and pledge to work closely with you to keep the PLU fire burning day and night.
I believe that within three years from now, PLU will be owned by local people at the grassroots.
Long live Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, long live Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
