Norse Atlantic Opens London to Cape Town Flights from £499

(London) – Norse Atlantic Airways has launched a new flight route connecting London Gatwick Airport to Cape Town, South Africa, offering affordable travel options to one of Africa’s most sought after holiday destinations. The new service marks the airline’s first flight from the UK to Africa since its launch in 2021.

Starting from £499 for return fares, the airline’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner will operate the route three times a week, providing a convenient and cost-effective option for travelers. The flight departs from London Gatwick at 8:30 AM, arriving in Cape Town at 9:50 AM the next morning. Return flights will leave Cape Town at 11:45 AM, landing back in London at 9:20 PM the same day.

Passengers flying on the cheapest fare are limited to bringing only one personal item on board. Additional baggage and other upgrades are available for an extra charge. The economy classic ticket option includes a carry-on bag, checked luggage, and meal service. For a more premium experience, passengers can opt for premium economy seats, which offer additional baggage, two meals, priority check-in, and premium boarding, starting at £1,199.
