His election reflects the trust and confidence the electorate has in his ability to deliver results. Unlike his opponents, who rely on propaganda, Mukula’s record speaks for itself. His opponents, however, seem to have no record to stand on, hence their reliance on divisive tactics rather than presenting their own accomplishments.
