Team Hinda Kabale, representing Hon. Ninsiima Immaculate Tracy, a candidate for Kabale District Woman MP, has extended support to primary schools across Kabale District ahead of the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
The team delivered milk and eggs to Primary Seven candidates from various schools, including both government and private institutions.
The supported schools include:
- Lower Bugonji Nursery and Primary School
- Makanga Primary School
- Peace Primary School
- University View Primary School
- God’s Favor Nursery and Primary School
- Kafunjo Primary School
- Butanda Primary School
- Unique Primary School
- Kagoma Primary School
- Kyinyamari Primary School
- Rutojo Primary School
- Kabaya Parents Primary School
- Maziba Mixed Primary School
- Bugomora Primary School
The initiative aims to boost pupils’ performance and create a conducive environment for them to excel in their exams.
Headteachers of the beneficiary schools, led by Christine Kobusingye (Lower Bugonji Primary School) and Mathias Arineitwe (Kyinyamari Primary School), expressed gratitude for the support, noting the challenges of feeding pupils from humble backgrounds during national exams.
Thursday Ferdinand, the team leader, emphasized that the donated milk and eggs would help pupils concentrate during exams, as many often study on empty stomachs. He praised Hon. Ninsiima for her consistent commitment to the district’s development, contrasting her efforts with those of other politicians who focus only on last-minute campaign activities.
