In a statement released on Friday, the club said it had received official communication from FUFA regarding the ongoing probe linked to suspected irregularities during their fixture against Kitara FC played on December 21, 2024.

The club noted that the suspensions are provisional and will last 90 days while investigations are conducted by FUFA’s Investigatory Chamber under the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee.

Express FC emphasized that although the individuals involved are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the club maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward match manipulation and unethical conduct.
