Libino Byamukama, Kabale – The Kabale Muslim District Council has warned youth against undermining jobs, saying this has contributed to the increase in criminality in the area.
This was revealed by the Kabale District Khadi, Sheikh Kabu Lule, during the sendoff of the late Nuriate Katwigyi in Kagugo, Bwayu Parish, Nyamweru Sub-county, Rubanda East Constituency.
Preaching before the mourners, Sheikh Kabu Lule expressed concern about the high rate of criminality during broad daylight and in front of cameras.
The Khadi said that the majority of the youth underestimate the readily available jobs and instead engage in criminal activities in their respective communities.

He further commended the Rubanda District Chairperson for donating land in Karengyere, Muko Sub-county, to construct a mosque.
The Rubanda District Chairperson, Ampeire Stephen Kasyaba, challenged Muslims to organize a fundraising function for the mosque and invite him for their support.
The Nyamweru Sub-county LC3 Chairperson, Alex Nkwasibwe, lauded the district chairperson for his tremendous achievements in the sub-county.
