North Kyoga Police Takes Community Policing and Crime Prevention Campaign to Comboni College School in Lira

Police in North Kyoga Region have started a community policing and crime prevention campaign in schools. According to SP Jimmy Patrick Okema, the police PRO for North Kyoga Region, the campaign kicked off at Comboni College School in Lira.

“Today, we visited Comboni College School and addressed the students in the presence of the teaching staff, focusing on issues related to crime.




We discussed the dangers of strikes, drug abuse, and the importance of abstaining from sexual activities to prevent contracting diseases.




We also emphasized personal security and encouraged students to study hard as they are our future leaders and can become good citizens of Uganda,” SP Jimmy Patrick Okema stated in a press release issued on Friday evening.
