Ntungamo District, Uganda – The People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) made a strategic and well-thought-out decision not to field a presidential candidate in this election cycle. Instead, the movement chose to rally behind Gen. Mugisha Muntu, a man whose integrity, discipline, and visionary leadership continue to inspire many Ugandans who believe in clean, issue-based politics.

This decision was not born out of weakness but of wisdom a recognition that the future of our nation requires unity of purpose and a collective effort centered around principled leadership.

For quite some time, I personally remained hesitant to participate in mobilizing support for any presidential flag bearer from the various political formations across our country. My hesitation was grounded in the predictable patterns of our political environment the repeated promises, the recycled rhetoric, and the all-too-familiar disappointments that follow. Many of us have grown weary of empty politics that focuses more on personalities than on genuine service to the people.

However, Hon. Venansio Ahabwe’s message has profoundly resonated with my values and convictions. His recent engagements and public statements have reminded me that there is still hope for principled leadership in Uganda’s political space. I find myself steadily aligning with his vision a vision that places people first, promotes truth over propaganda, and emphasizes unity over division.

Hon. Ahabwe’s principled decision to prioritize Dr. Kizza Besigye is not just a political move; it is a moral statement — one that reflects courage, political maturity, and a deep commitment to the struggle for genuine change in Uganda. At a time when many politicians choose convenience over conviction, Hon. Ahabwe stands tall as a man who acts from principle, not pressure.

To the great people of Kajara, this is a defining moment for us. For too long, our constituency has been treated as a political afterthought — visited during campaigns and forgotten soon after. We deserve better. We deserve a leader who will speak for us in Parliament with courage, clarity, and consistency. We deserve someone who understands the needs of farmers, the struggles of our youth, the dreams of our women, and the aspirations of every hardworking Kajara citizen.

Hon. Venansio Ahabwe is that kind of leader. He listens to the people, respects differing opinions, and works tirelessly to build unity and progress. And that’s why his slogan is “Eshonga z’Abantu Enkuru” The People’s Cause is Paramount.” He is not seeking office for prestige or personal gain; he is seeking it to restore integrity and meaningful representation for Kajara.

Let us therefore rise together as Kajara and rally behind this noble cause. Let us vote for a leader who represents our collective hopes not just individual interests. Let us send Hon. Venansio Ahabwe to the Parliament of Uganda as our voice, our advocate, and our champion for change.

Kajara deserves leadership that is honest, thoughtful, and visionary leadership that will bring back dignity to our politics and development to our people. That leadership lies in Hon. Venansio Ahabwe.
