A tragic road accident in Bundibugyo has claimed the lives of two individuals, adding to the toll of road incidents in the region. The incident occurred on Sunday night in Busaru Sub County, along the Bundibugyo-Nyahuka road, leaving the local community in mourning.
The victims have been identified as Rajab Rwambamba, a 24-year-old resident, and Robert Lindondo, an 18-year-old from Bundikahuka village in Busaru Sub County. The accident unfolded when the motorcycle they were riding on, along with two other passengers, collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle. The collision transpired as the motorcycle rider attempted to overtake a Fuso canter truck.
