The Gulu Rotary Club has donated five wheelchairs, valued at UGX 1 million, to disabled pupils at Thumbs Up Academy. This donation aims to prevent school dropouts among these students. Thumbs Up Academy, located in the Bar-dege-Layibi Division of Gulu City, is an inclusive nursery and primary school that caters to students with various needs.

The donation was made to ensure that disabled pupils can attend school more comfortably and regularly. By providing these essential mobility aids, the Gulu Rotary Club hopes to support the education and well-being of these young students, enabling them to continue their studies without interruption.
