Woman Accuses Mother of Grabbing Properties Worth Millions

A Ugandan woman, Majorine Elizabeth Nambalirwa, is battling deep stress after accusing her own mother of taking over properties she claims to have worked for over several years abroad.

Nambalirwa says she spent years traveling to more than 17 countries, working tirelessly in pursuit of a better life. According to her, every time she earned money, she sent it back home to her mother in Kampala with instructions to purchase land and put up developments on her behalf.

However, upon returning to Uganda to settle and enjoy her hard-earned wealth, Nambalirwa was shocked when her mother allegedly refused to hand over the property documents. She further claims that her mother not only denied her ownership but also threatened her life if she insisted on reclaiming the assets.

“I sacrificed and endured all forms of hardship while abroad, only to return and be betrayed by my own mother,” Nambalirwa lamented.

The contested properties are said to be worth millions of shillings. It remains unclear whether the matter has been reported to the authorities or taken to court for legal redress.
