STEVEN ARIONG: Did Among know that she was a Speaker in the gov’t led by the Original National Resistance Movement?

Steven Ariong

As Ugandans set their ears to listen and their eyes ready to see what will happen to the former Speaker of Parliament after the IGG handed over their investigation report to the head of the Original National Resistance Movement, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, my question is: did Among know that she was serving a government led by the Original National Resistance Movement?

Ugandans are expecting to see and hear the toughest step to be taken against the former Speaker of Parliament, Annet Anita Among, so that she learns that President Museveni and other gallant soldiers did not spend five years of hard life in the bush to promote corruption and impunity, but to serve Ugandans and develop Uganda, not for a few to show off by stealing public resources to purchase clothes and posh cars.

Whatever is going on with Hon. Among should be at the back of the minds of any official occupying public office, to know that whatever he or she is doing in that office is being monitored by the eyes of the Original National Resistance Movement. So, in case you play with that office, you should know that you are playing at your own risk.

Remember our mighty “bad man” General Muhoozi Kainerugaba will pick you wherever you are and make you accountable for what you have done.

When my sister Among Anita started showing off wings, the eyes of the Original National Resistance Movement kept watching her closely because she is not an intelligent woman to interpret the statement by the leader of the Original National Resistance Army, Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, in Bukedea about the source of the money she used to build schools and a hospital.

That Mzee’s statement alone should have helped her to start correcting herself, but as they say, it is easy to steal a drum from the village, but finding a place to beat it is hard. My sister was caught properly.

I would like to advise those occupying government offices that, to avoid becoming candidates for jail, they should do the right thing and be content with what they earn, because our mighty leader, the “bad man” General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, is watching everyone. My advice is free of charge, take it, like it, or leave it, and hate me.
